Tickets for Autism-Friendly Performance – Broadway’s The Lion King

Tickets go on sale Monday, June 25 for the Sunday, September 30, 2012 Autism-Friendly performance of THE LION KING as part of the Theatre Development Fund (TDF), Autism Theatre Initiative, making theatre accessible to children and adults on the autism spectrum, and their families.

TDF is delighted to offer an encore, autism-friendly performance of Disney’s THE LION KING on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Minskoff Theatre, 200 West 45th Street, New York, NY

Limited seats on sale starting Monday, June 25, 2012 online.

This truly global phenomenon is the winner of more than 70 major awards worldwide including the Tony Award® for Best Musical. Hailed by Newsweek as a “landmark event in entertainment,” THE LION KING is a breathtaking adventure that stretches the boundaries of Broadway, from the heart of Africa to the plains of your imagination. For this special performance, accommodations will be made, including a supportive audience environment, designated quiet areas, adjustments to lights and sound, and online resource materials.

Tickets are being offered through TDF at the following prices:

  • Orchestra (all seats) — $79.00
  • Front Mezzanine (Rows A-F) — $67.50
  • Mid Mezzanine (Rows G-H) — $57.50
  • Rear Mezzanine (Rows J-L) — $38.00
