Dr. Regina Peter

Dr. Regina Peter

Co-Founder/Executive Director: Dr. Peter has extensive experience in educational administration, staff development and supervision. She has served as teacher, principal and associate director in state-approved schools for children with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders.

Dr. Peter received her Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Jersey, her Master of Arts in Educational Administration from New Jersey City University and her doctorate in Educational Administration from Seton Hall University.

Cynthia Allman

Cynthia Allman

Co-Founder/Executive Director: Ms. Allman has served as a behavioral intervention consultant and school social worker in a state-approved private school. A well-regarded motivational speaker, Ms. Allman has led Wellness and Peak Performance seminars at Fortune 500 companies and leading educational organizations in New Jersey including Exxon Corporation, Medifit Corporate Services, Rutgers University, Seton Hall University and Drexel University.

She has also worked as an adjunct sports psychology professor at Seton Hall University, designing and implementing a social skills program for athletes. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Seton Hall University.

Gina Borea

Gina M. Borea

Principal/Supervisor, Newmark School: Ms. Borea has extensive experience in education as a vice principal, supervisor, counselor and classroom teacher. In addition to acting on her commitment to improve student performance at Newmark School, she focuses on curriculum development and instructional improvement.

Ms. Borea received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Caldwell College and has two Masters degrees, one in Special Education and one in Educational Administration. Ms. Borea also volunteers her time to support Special Olympics and many other charitable organizations.

Dr. Fran Clemente

Dr. Fran Clemente

Principal/Supervisor, Newmark High School: Dr. Clemente has 26 years of educational experience as a teacher, coach and administrator. She served as an assistant principal in a state-approved private school for children with Attention Deficit Disorder and behavioral difficulties, and has worked at the elementary, high school and college levels.

Dr. Clemente received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, her Master of Science degree from Syracuse University, her MBA from Iona College and her doctorate in Education Administration from Seton Hall University. Dr. Clemente’s doctoral research focused on building resiliency in students through education.
